Registration Will Remain Open for Confirmed Presenters Until May 10th.
Please do NOT register for the conference this year unless you are a confirmed presenter. Anyone who accidently registers will be refunded their registration costs minus the cost of the transaction. Refunds will be paid by check to minimize credit card fees. We are sorry to have disappointed you if you had hoped to attend this year.

Conference Costs Include

• Conference sessions and materials
• Thursday: am break, lunch, pm break, and reception
• Friday: breakfast, am break, lunch, and pm break
• Saturday: breakfast and am break
• Morning and afternoon breaks (includes beverages and snacks)
• Access to the hospitality suite (includes beverages and snacks)

Lodging
Lodging is not included with the conference rates. Information for on-site and off-site conference lodging rates is located on the Travel & Lodging page of our site. Reserve your hotel room early, as space is limited.

Cancellation Policy
There will be a $50 cancellation fee for individuals who cancel before May 16, 2010. After May 16, no registration money will be refunded; however, another individual may be substituted, or the funds may be applied toward the 2011 Lilly East conference.

Special Needs
If you need accessibility or accomodations that meet the regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, please contact Todd Zakrajsek. NOTE: All special accomodation requests must be submitted in writing before registering for the conference and at least 4 weeks prior to start date of conference.

Guest Meals Policy
It is important to us that you and your guests are able to experience all that Lilly East has to offer. Leaving the conference for meals can be both time consuming and expensive. To accommodate your invited guests we have created a special meal policy.

Under this policy it is not necessary to purchase guest meal tickets in advance. Instead, you and your guest will provide your name and information on the Guest Meal Sign-in list at each dining experience. Once the meal is over, if the total meal count is under the expected number of patrons for that meal, you will not be charged for your guest's meal - they will have eaten compliments of Lilly East, as the conference will not be charged any additional costs for the meal. However, to ensure that we are able to provide the conference within our tight budget, should the count total exceed the expected number for that meal, you will be billed the individual meal amount that we must pay to the hotel for exceeding our expected number of participants. Meal prices and menus will be available at the registration desk for participants who desire to know the potential guest costs before enjoying the meal.
