This session is a personally guided-tour of key resources on some of the most important issues in higher education: active-learning, instructional improvement/faculty development, hybrid and on-line instruction, and teaching inclusively. This session will include evocative discussion with experienced faculty and faculty developers, activities you can immediately apply in your own courses, and an opportunity to establish collegial relationships with faculty from a variety of institutions for further reflection on teaching and learning issues. Best of all, you will leave the session with materials ready to use. Facilitated by developers with over 70 years experience in higher education, anyone interested in improving their teaching or development
programs will benefit from this session. Each participant will receive a 2GB thumb drives containing resources considered key in the fields addressed, which can be adapted to individual use. This session also includes lunch.
